Play England - EGM 2026
Play England will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Monday 2 March 2026 at 15:00
Purpose of the meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and vote on a Special Resolution to regularise the Memorandum and Articles of Association following correspondence from the Charity Commission, and to consider and vote on the election of an Elected Director following the resignation of Elected Director Archie Morrell in January 2026.
The Special Resolution will seek member approval to adopt the revised Memorandum and Articles of Association, conditional upon obtaining the required consent from the Charity Commission in relation to regulated alterations.
Only members of Play England are entitled to vote at the meeting.
