Play England - 2025 AGM

Play England will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday 19 December 2025 at 13:00. The meeting will be held online. This notice is issued in accordance with the Memorandum & Articles of Association adopted at the 2024 AGM.

Purpose of the AGM

The AGM will present the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2025. In line with the Memorandum & Articles, the Board, as the Members of the Charity, will be asked to approve the accounts.

In line with the updated governance arrangements (as adopted t our 2024 AGM), the AGM will confirm the appointment of:

• Independent Chair

• Senior Independent Director

• Independent Directors
